WEST 1 are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in the Sydney CBD, NSW, 2000 from Monday to Friday.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Monthly review of marketing objectives and communicate to sales manager how objectives will be achieved in line with the marketing plan. Illustrate well-thought-out marketing strategies by considering the international education market trends, budget, and other marketing elements, such as competitive prices, effective advertising, and promotion.
- Remain current and competitive by undertaking seasonal market research to identify competitors along with new market trends from external partners such as educational institutions. Upon analyses, provide recommendations to key internal stakeholders and decide on sales and communication strategy for increasing WEST 1’s international student market share.
- Coordinate quarterly promotions based on events, international students' arrival forecast, and the most demanding student visa renewal period based on WEST 1 CRM.
- Identify new educational institutions as well as new courses with existing providers, which can lead to new marketing opportunities for WEST 1 business’s growth. Advising the internal sales team on new offerings and providing recommendations on sales promotion.
- Build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all external partners such as higher education providers, vocational colleges andELICOS schools to remain competitive and increase international students' offerings to WEST 1 clients.
- Create and circulate data reports to stakeholders on weekly sales data tracking, campaign updates, key wins, and customer feedback to rank the top providers. Revise quarterly targets, and KPIs agreed with educational institutions to develop new agreements with more substantial benefits such as pricing and product enrichment.
- Collect and analyse consumer behaviour patterns to create social media campaigns and develop marketing strategies aligned with listed KPIs.
- Offer recommendations to the WEST 1 commercial team on how best to maximise engagement within the broader international student community to stimulate growth from future marketing campaigns.
- Managing SEO performance for continuous execution of best practices, including keyword research and weekly analysis of results of paid and organic words, as well as website content to increase consumer awareness while promoting existing and new services of West 1.
- Hiring outsourced suppliers (such as web designers, Copywriter, and Ux) to coordinate the creation of internal campaigns (online and offline) according to the budget and WEST 1 objective.

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- A Bachelor Degree or Higher Qualification with major in Marketing with at least 2 years of full-time experience working in a Marketing Coordinator role. This formal qualification can be substituted by at least 5 years of work experience in a Marketing Coordinator role.

Attributes such as the ability to performance under pressure working as a Marketing Coordinator will be highly regarded.
