With the resurgence of the Airline industry, we are looking for a highly organized and professional Compliance Officer with experience in records and document management to join our corporate head office team based in Broadbeach.

**More about this role**:
This role is responsible for managing the compliance manuals and document control register nationally for the company. Acting as the Administrator of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), you will be updating all training and licenses, and exporting reports.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Assess training needs for all new and existing employees, and map out training plans that ensure compliance to dnata's regulatory policies and standards.
- Identify and recommend any internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
- Supporting incident management and investigation.
- Issuing compliance reports to stakeholders and management.
- Assist in developing new training material and updating existing training material where required, and complying with internal policies and current regulations.
- Monthly and weekly KPI Reports for Senior Management.
- Updating and creating spreadsheets for reporting.
- Compiling training reports and maintenance of training records.

Administration of our training database:

- New employee setup
- Uploading training records and electronic filing system
- Managing customer databases
- Data entry & training reports
- Evidencing training compliance for auditing purposes

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Proficient at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Experience working in the Airline or Airline Services industry would be and advantage.
- Experience using an EDMS - Electronic Document Management System.
