With the resurgence of the Airline industry, we are looking for a highly organized and professional Compliance Officer with experience in records and document management to join our corporate head office team based in Broadbeach.

**More about this role**:
**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Assisting with document control management for the following:

- Food Safety / HACCP
- Safety Management System
- Duty Free Product Compliance
- Security / Emergency Procedures
- Airside Safety / Cabin Services
- Administration of our Safety Hub supporting:

- New employee setup
- Uploading training records
- Creating new training courses
- Incident Management support
- Audits
- Managing customer databases
- ComplyFlo
- Monthly KPI Reports for Senior Management, our National Unit Managers, and dnata catering Head Office in Dubai.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Proficient at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in data validations, corrections and submissions.
- Experience working in the Airline or Airline Services industry would be and advantage.
- Experience using an EDMS - Electronic Document Management System.
