**Your mission**
- Liaising with insurers to submit accurate documentation and negotiate favourable terms.
- Ensuring clients have continuous coverage and understand their policy details.
- Providing expert guidance to clients and planners on insurance matters.
- Maintaining compliant, up-to-date records and staying on top of industry changes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Relevant qualifications in financial services or insurance (e.g. RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning)
- Experience in insurance underwriting, policy management, or similar
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance
- Confident using CRM systems and insurance platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Sharp attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced role
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
