**About the Department**:
The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency for economic, social and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

Electorate Services provides a range of services to Members of Parliament for the management and provision of support. In addition, Electorate Services also oversees the management of the Ministerial chauffeur service incorporating both personnel and fleet operations. Ensuring Ministerial and other approved clients have access to high quality and professional chauffeur services.

**About the opportunity**:
The Manager, Chauffeur and Ministerial Fleet is responsible for leading the Ministerial Fleet team, to ensure that a professional, safe and secure chauffeur driven vehicle service is provided to ministerial and approved clients within the Parliament of South Australia.

Incumbent will also contribute to human resource functions in regard to the employment of staff to Members of the South Australian Parliament (e.g. processing documentation, data entry, reporting on employee leave entitlements, updating employee personnel records).

**About you**:

- Successful experience in the leadership, management, coordination and ongoing performance development of staff.
- Ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders including Ministers, Members of Parliament and their staff, Senior Management and Union representatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, deal with competing demands, manage multiple projects and effectively manage the expectations and demands of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
