We are currently seeking applications for Manager, Chauffeur and Ministerial to join the Electoral Services team at the Department of Treasury & Finance for an initial period of 2 years with opportunity to convert to ongoing.

Remuneration / Classification: ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum

About the opportunity:

The Manager, Chauffeur and Ministerial Fleet is responsible for leading the Ministerial Chauffeur team, to ensure that a professional, safe and secure chauffeur driven vehicle service is provided to ministerial and approved clients within the Parliament of South Australia.

Incumbent will also contribute to the human resource functions, Electorate Services (e.g. processing documentation, data entry, reporting on employee leave entitlements, updating employee personnel records).

About you:

• Successful experience in the leadership, management, coordination and ongoing performance development of staff.
• Ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders including Ministers, Members of Parliament and their staff, Senior Management and Union representatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, applying appropriate discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, deal with competing demands, manage multiple projects and effectively manage the expectations and demands of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the application of the relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Code of Ethics, and Work Health Safety Risk Act 2012
