**About the Role**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, conducting, and analysing research projects, including data collection, report writing, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Developing and reviewing curriculum, preparing and delivering lectures and seminars, and providing timely feedback to students while supporting their academic progress.

You are a highly collaborative and adaptable individual, able to work effectively within a research team while also demonstrating the initiative and independence to drive your own projects forward. Your communication skills are exemplary, enabling you to engage confidently with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders alike, providing clear and constructive feedback. You possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With a commitment to continuous professional development, you are open to new ideas and approaches, fostering an inclusive and supportive academic culture.
You also have:
- A doctoral qualification or substantial progress towards a doctorate in Education, Statistics, or a related field, meeting the professional registration requirements for teaching.
- Proven experience in educational assessment and reporting, with a strong understanding of the field’s key principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to carry out both quantitative and qualitative research, including data analysis, and meeting project deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team.
