Position Summary:

If you're someone who has 0-3 years creating engaging content and are looking for a career defining opportunity, this could be it. This role blends creative production with performance marketing. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing creators, negotiating collaborations, filming and editing content, and deploying it across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. If you're passionate about storytelling, data-driven growth, and the intersection of content and advertising, this is the role for you.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating state of the art content, has strong analytical skills, and a good eye for detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Partnerships:

Identify, source, and build relationships with content creators who align with Nala's brand.

  • Negotiation & Collaboration:

Manage outreach, negotiate terms, and coordinate with creators to produce high-quality content.

  • Content Production:

Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video ads tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Creative Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts that drive performance and engagement.

  • Performance Tracking:

Monitor creative performance, gather insights, and iterate quickly to improve results.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in paid social, influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field.

  • Strong video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).

  • Someone that will create strong relationships witch creators we work with and make them feel comfortable whilst filming

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest ad formats and trends.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with creators.

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest.

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).

  • Background in influencer/creator management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-3 years in content creation or the ability to demonstrate strong skills in being able to create content
