**About the role**:
Nectar Brands is a rapidly growing digital health company redefining the future of care. We’re on the hunt for a creative and passionate Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for strategising and creating compelling content to drive brand awareness, engagement and retention across the Nectar Brands portfolio. This is a full-time position (5 days per week) based at Nectar HQ in Melbourne's Inner East.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own content calendar including planning and scheduling content for each brand
- Drive ideas for new content initiatives that can be repurposed across multiple channels
- Develop the content strategy with a focus on community engagement, ensuring that content is optimised to drive brand awareness and grow the community
- Manage content development (written, video, static) from start to finish - from ideation to storyboarding, writing, editing, distribution and performance measurement
- Develop content across a range of tones with the ability to switch between distinctly different brands
- Researching and keep across industry-related topics and trends to develop compelling content
- Track performance of content with regular reporting to the Head of Marketing
- Contribute to content guidelines Eg. style guides, voice and tone, and more

**About you**:

- Minimum 3-4+ years in a similar role across content development and copywriting (in-house or agency)
- Strong writing and editing skills with proven ability to produce SEO-optimised content that generates traffic
- Strong analytical abilities in researching topics and distilling out the critical issues
- Proactive attitude and a growth-mindset
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in healthcare and/or cannabis industry a plus
