Shotstack is building the next generation media developer platform. Our mission is to unlock the future of innovative media experiences by providing developers with the building blocks that allow them to solve the complex challenge of visual media.

Shotstack is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing who can help us build an effective marketing organisation.

You will lead all things marketing at Shotstack and will be responsible for driving strategy and execution. In this role you will work within a team of highly technical marketers to hypothesise, execute and scale demand generation and growth marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for the effective scaling of our existing content marketing channels and introducing new initiatives to scale the adoption of Shotstack across the developer community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the company’s marketing plan and goals and execute against both.
- Work with the leadership team to identify new channels and effectively execute on a marketing strategy.
- Manage a team of highly technical marketers and provide strong organisational guidance across marketing, demand generation and growth.
- Continue scaling our content marketing strategy.
- Work closely with sales and product teams.
