**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading the marketing strategy for both **Lady T** and **Tatiana’s Bar**, including their events and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and implement creative ideas to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating and managing digital content across social media platforms (photos, videos, reels, and ads).
- Planning and managing content calendars, ensuring campaigns align with key events and promotions.
- Writing compelling copy for websites, social media, and other communications.
- Identifying opportunities to grow reach through partnerships, collaborations, and industry trends.
- Analyzing social media performance and staying updated on competitors to refine and improve strategies.
- Assisting with ad hoc marketing tasks, PR initiatives, and creative projects.

**What do you need?**
- A creative mind that thinks outside the box and challenges the norm.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- A friendly, vibrant personality with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for hospitality, Latin culture, and storytelling.
