Are you a telecommunications or commercial real estate professional with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for managing complex portfolios? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Transaction Manager.

You will have the opportunity to work on a fast-growing portfolio, negotiating new leases for our client with landlords spanning from private individuals to government and major corporations.

Experience in telecommunications is desirable but we are also keen to speak with all who have experience in commercial leasing who are interested in taking on the challenge of a high volume and diverse portfolio.

**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Transaction Manager, form part of the transaction management team responsible for meeting all contractual requirements nationally under an agreement with JLL and a Large Clients Master Services agreement. These include leasing strategy, governance, transaction activities and financial control.

Play a significant role in JLL’s work with the Clients property strategy by leading lease negotiations and cost reduction initiatives and foster a team which is proactive and focused on reducing portfolio cost and increasing flexibility.

**An Overview of the role**:
Delivery of Transaction Management activities such as BAU renewals, renegotiations and divestment
Support lease administration and finance functions management through budget development and rent-roll reporting
Achieve optimal outcomes for the client’s leasing negotiations by meeting financial and qualitative targets
Conduct end-to-end transaction delivery from critical date to executed documentation
Engage in key internal and client stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are met
Further support JLL work with the client transition to technology enabled transaction management
Focus on continuous improvement to efficiently drive better reporting outcomes
Support the client’s divestment requirements, serving notices, supporting exit negotiations and finalising documentation

Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Real Estate/Property/Business/Law)
Background in client facing tenant representation or leasing role
Exposure within telecommunication industry or high-volume real estate portfolio
Leads by example and will be an ambassador for JLL through complying with business conduct guidelines
Actively encourage an environment which is supportive of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
Ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large, complex portfolio
Experience in utilising lease admin and property management databases
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines whilst addressing complex problems within rapidly changing environments
