**What this opportunity involves**:
You will manage real estate transactions for Australia Post's operational portfolio, focusing on Industrial and Retail properties. Key responsibilities include lease negotiations, market rent reviews, site evaluations, and collaboration with internal teams.
**An overview of the role**:

- Manage real estate transactional processes, including lease and licence negotiations, sale and leaseback transactions, and tenant advisory services
- Maintain critical date management using JLL's Transaction management platform
- Undertake property inspections and coordinate market rent reviews
- Prepare submissions for internal client approvals and coordinate lease documentation
- Analyse retail market trends and evaluate potential site locations
- Collaborate with Projects and Facilities management teams to ensure cost-effective outcomes
- Develop industry relationships within the Retail & Industrial Market sectors

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or industrial transaction/leasing management
- Relevant degree qualification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyse retail sales data and lease documents
- Knowledge of Retail Leases Act
- Experience in lease negotiations and preparation of client submissions
