We're looking for a confident, proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Perth office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — from preparing meeting rooms, supporting staff, organising travel, and coordinating suppliers, to keeping our vehicle fleet compliant and ready to roll.

What You'll Do

Office & Facilities Coordination

  • Keep the office organised, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Manage equipment, stationery, kitchen supplies and service providers
  • Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics

Fleet Administration

  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registrations, fuel cards and inspections
  • Maintain accurate service histories and compliance records
  • Monitor pool vehicle usage and ensure fleet safety and availability

Team & Executive Support

  • Organise meetings, agendas, and attendees
  • Take clear, accurate meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Be a friendly point of contact for staff, suppliers and visitors

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in administration, office coordination or reception
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Good Microsoft Office and general tech skills
  • A proactive approach — you solve problems before they become problems
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, calm demeanour

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with vehicle or fleet coordination
  • A Certificate IV or qualification in Business Administration
