WHAT YOU WILL DO

Largely anchored on the Industries and Customer Advisory (ICA) team, SAP is the enterprise software industry benchmark for value-based selling and maintains this leadership through strength of industry, a proven methodology, unique collaborative benchmarking tools and extraordinary talent.

The Innovation Experience (InnoX) team is a strategically important group within ICA that extends services to the strategic accounts and priorities for the Australia and New Zealand business. The team is responsible for helping customers transform their organizations by collaboratively developing proof points and justifications for innovation investment decisions by aligning SAP technology and business outcomes to strategic imperatives and building business cases. This includes the identification of value possibilities, shaping the opportunity value and building out the compelling drivers for a business transformation.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

- Lead customer engagements virtually to assess strategic objectives, identify key improvement opportunities, conduct benchmarking and business cases, and present executive-level justification for change utilizing a templatized approach to deal execution
- Work with the Value Advisory team to develop industry-relevant innovation points of view and enable field sales teams on a new go-to-market paradigm of becoming self-sufficient
- Work with the various teams to connect the dots for our vision of the SAP we want our customers to know with the value benefits.
- Successfully pitch the value of Innovation to customers
- Contribute to internal account strategy discussions in a meaningful fashion

WHAT YOU BRING

Key Attributes:

- Proven consultative engagement approach: ability to identify the need for an engagement, then shape, sell and run the engagement
- Diverse industry experience
- Exemplary research and writing skills with a strong emphasis on the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise executive summaries
- Experience in the diverse technology landscape and process/technology integration issues, SAP technologies preferred
- Positive, motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Qualifications, Education and Preferred Skills:

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in operations or management consulting. Sales experience is highly desirable
- Strong project management, group management and facilitation skills
- Design Thinking or a similar method is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work in virtual set-ups with 0-20% travel requirements when travelling is safe
- MBA or equivalent degree from a top university
