**About the Role**

Are you passionate about improving the employee experience across a large, dynamic organisation? Do you thrive in agile environments and enjoy turning insights into action? We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Advisor to join our team and help shape the future of work at DCS.

Reporting to the Associate Director Enablement, as an Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering DCS-wide employee experience programs that make a real difference to our people. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our services are engaging, inclusive, and data-informed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee experience programs that align with DCS’s strategic priorities.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support delivery teams in your role as a Scrum Master.
- Develop high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and reports using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through analytics and visualisation.
- Support business process mapping and service design activities to improve internal services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and impact.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working in agile teams, ideally with Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in business process mapping or service design is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience.
