**About the Role**:

NHP is looking for a Technology Sales Specialist - Automation - to join our Brisbane team, providing specialist technical advice on NHP and Rockwell products and solutions to increase knowledge and utilisation to both internal and external stakeholders.

With a focus on Automation Systems including PLC, PAC, Communications Networks, HMI Devices, Programming and Visualisation Software.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide specialist technical advice on NHP and Rockwell Automation products and solutions
- Gain understanding of customer requirements and tailor the solution to showcase NHP & Rockwell value proposition
- Increase the product and solutions knowledge to internal/external sales staff
- Build & maintain close relationships with key accounts, consultants and local electrical regulators, and satisfy their technical requirements
- Access project specifications and select compliant product to assist estimators to prepare quotations
- Ensure CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities & current information on projects and customer contract details and opportunity pipeline
- Actively work with the sales team to come up with strategies to grow market share for specific industries and customers

Ideally you will have / be:

- An Electrical Engineering degree
- Strong Technical background, with an Automation focus
- Experience in engineering PLC systems and system integration
- Rockwell Platform experience
- The ability & initiative to solve technical problems
- A motivation in Sales
- Strong analytical skills in market investigations, sales forecasting & market analysis
- Well established communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude & a willingness to work with a range of different customers and industry types

Salary range - $80K - $95K Base.
