We are looking for senior strategists and architects who blend technical and business knowledge to tackle our clients' most complex problems.

**Your opportunity**
- Leading teams to analyse, workshop and present insights and recommendations, collaborating across borders and globally with sector and technical experts in all parts of our business
- Working with senior client stakeholders to understand root cause issues, potential solutions and articulate business benefits
- Leading engagement pursuit teams, including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and proposal development
- Access to mentorship, ongoing learning, and career development opportunities, including executive leadership development

- You are an experienced strategist with a track record of delivering client value
- You have lived experience of technology transformation programmes and understand what it takes to deliver success (and the common pitfalls)
- You are a leader and coach and take pride in helping others advance their careers
- You have a can-do attitude and are always seeking creative solutions to problems with the help of the right technical tools and a supportive team

**Your experience**
- Experience communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from engineers to CxO with highly developed written and verbal communication
- Possess the skills to manage all aspects of a project including ability to facilitate workshops, and influence and guide key stakeholders, and coach and mentor team members
- Experience leading multiple projects related to one or more of the following disciplines:
Strategy development

Architecture (enterprise, domain)

Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)

Operating model design and implementation

Agile delivery methods (in particular CICD / DevOps)
