**In this Associate Director - Agribusiness Credit role, reporting into Todd Martin, Head of Credit Agribusiness, you will**:

- Provide assessment of business and personal lending from a wide range of clients and businesses (predominately Agribusiness related).
- Ensure the bank’s policies, risk appetite and responsible lending practices are applied appropriately.
- Collaborate with your team to provide constructive suggestions for change and improvement.
- Assist with proactive management of day-to-day operations with a continual focus on improvement and refinement of policy, product, and appetite.

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience in Business Banking and Credit Risk with previous experience in preparing and/or assessing Credit Risk will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of business and economic issues, understanding of business operating cycles as well as understanding of agricultural industry.
- Previous experience in line one relationship management will be highly considered.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and businesses.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a busy and challenging environment as well as attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
