**About this role**:
This award-winning architecture practice produces consistent and considered work across an array of project typologies - from commercial and multi-residential, to infrastructure and urban master-planning schemes. They require a Studio Manager to be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the practice's day-to-day operations.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Cash flow record keeping: Managing financial transactions, including invoicing and forecasting, to ensure accurate and up-to-date cash flow records.
- Tax payment schedule and payments: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and overseeing the timely payment of taxes.
- Accounts receivable and payable: Managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
- Prepare fee letters: Assisting in the preparation of fee letters for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Internal staff management: Handling internal staff management tasks such as wage administration, visa processing, and tax-related matters.
- General front-of-house duties: Managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in financial management and record keeping, preferably in a creative or architectural environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, invoicing, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
