**About You**
- Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Science or related discipline
- Previous operating theatre experience within the orthopaedics or sports medicine industry
- Demonstrated track record of success as a Sales Representative (or similar) previously who meets or exceeds budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to win over KOL surgeons to your product range and manage your territory successfully.
- Outstanding communication, organisational & time management skills

This role will suit an existing Sales Representative who's managed their territory and surgeon group well and wants to step up to more of a management role with wider Queensland responsibilities.

**About the Responsibilities**:
This is a role that will give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest in medical technology. In this challenging role, you will be guiding/mentoring the wider Queensland team of Clinical Support and Sales Reps to provide our partner surgeons with best in class support within the Extremities product portfolio.

Your main territory of travel will be Brisbane metro however you have wider responsibilities which encompass all of Queensland and indirect management of other team members. Your incentive structure of salary will make provisions for this.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and day to day indirect management to the QLD team as well as looking after your own budget in your assigned territory which is predominantly Metro Brisbane.
