WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- This 12 month contract for a Territory Manager, Aged Care position is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced medical device representative with experience in Aged Care or Continence Care, to join this passionate, highly driven and successful sales team, based in Brisbane to look after the whole of QLD with regional twice a year.
- Your customers will be aged care facilities calling on Care Managers, Executive Directors and General Managers.
- The primary focus of this role is to sell and promote medical products and services to new and existing customers within the aged care sector.
- You will lead the conversation with healthcare professionals in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain key customer relationships and network widely with key opinion leaders in aged care groups and throughout public and private aged care facilities.
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- 5+ years in medical sales and ideally within the Aged Care sector.
- You must be open to selling in the aged care environment and have empathy for the elderly and a passion to make a difference, the right attitude is the main attribute for this role.
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations, ideally with a proven sales record and ability to meet sales targets coupled with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to develop, manage and nurture C-Suite relationships.
- Resilience with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have full working rights for Australia.
