BTI Executive Search is partnering with a leading global healthcare company to recruit a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to join their high-performing Nutrition division. This role will cover key hospital accounts across Queensland and the Northern Territory, working with a well-established portfolio of clinical nutrition products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, pharmacists, and procurement teams
  • Drive sales growth and retention of the Nutrition product portfolio
  • Meet and exceed sales performance indicators
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies
  • Provide product education and support during implementations and trials
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Commercial, Marketing, and Healthcare Solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the territory and market landscape

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Nursing, or Dietetics
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare sales, account management, or related commercial roles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communicator with effective negotiation skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Willing and able to travel interstate and regionally as required
  • A current driver's licence is essential
