**About you**:

- Approximately 2-3 years experience as an Agency/In-House recruiter is desirable, strong experience in a sales role would also be considered
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh new ideas
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, strong internal and external stakeholder management, with the ability to build and develop effective relationships across all levels of the business
- Experience in sourcing and creation of talent pools
- A go getter with a true passion for people and commitment to making a difference

**Your new role**:
In your new position as Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead and work closely with our supportive and talented People and Culture team. You will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment nationally across our diverse business which is committed to our purpose which is to elevate the wellbeing of every person, business, and community. In your new position your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Collaborate and partner closely with stakeholders to attract and retain key talent
- Regular liaison with hiring managers and all internal stakeholders
- Working alongside the TA team to bring sourcing strategies to life (we want all your great ideas)
