Rise with Us Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in North Ryde, we are currently looking for our next Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver recruitment solutions to work collaboratively across the organisation supporting national high-volume recruitment in our Field Sales department.
Purpose of the Role
- Proactively create and develop partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the businesses to deliver best talent in the organisation
- Identify and attract the right talent with aligned GWF values and behaviours that will drive the business forward
- Contribute to the company's growth strategy by developing organisational recruiting capabilities
- Be Tip Top's representative and advocate to the employee market

About You
- Minimum 2-3 years' of recruitment experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels
- Ability to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
