
Administration/data Entry Office Clerk

Village Mowers and Power Tools is a local business specializing in outdoor garden equipment and power tools. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and assist with various office administration and data entry tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data in our systems, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- **Excel Use**: Perform simple Excel tasks such as data entry, basic calculations, and generating reports.
- **Website Management**: Maintain the company website via Shopify, ensuring accurate product listings, and adding new products to our range.
- **Social Media Assistance**: Assist with managing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- **General Office Duties**: Answer phones, organising files, and assist other departments as needed.
- **Support Sales**: Assist with processing back-of-house sales, including managing product listings and web store (Shopify, etc.).
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Willingness to learn to use shopify, basic marketing, and social media management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- High School (Year 9-11) (required)
**Experience**:
- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
