About the business and the role

This position involves a combination of general office administration duties, based in Ingleburn.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team whilst completing a Certificate III in Customer Engagement.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Answering & transferring phone calls
- Administration support
- Mail collection and distribution
- Supporting our trainers and assessors
- General reception duties
- Attending staff meetings and taking minutes as required
- Maintaining office supplies
- Data entry and internal and external correspondence
- Must be a team player, friendly and helpful
- Good computer skills, including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and committed to a 24-month Traineeship
- Strong organisational skills as well as good time management
- An enthusiastic attitude with an eye for detail
- Must be a Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
