We are seeking an experienced
**Front Office Manager** to manage all aspects of the front and back offices in a busy venue in the heart of Central Australia.

As the first point of contact for guest arrivals, this role would suit someone with an engaging personality with a willingness to assist in other departments who loves interacting with guests from all walks of life.

Ideally you will have previous management experience in a busy hotel or resort front office with excellent knowledge of arrivals, departures and reservations.

The property offers onsite accommodation, caravan park, bar, bistro and busy retail outlet offering onsite grocery items, souvenirs, takeaway food & coffee.

The company has many properties within South Australia and the Northern Territory and offers staff an enjoyable work environment with clean and spacious onsite staff accommodation.

This is a great location to work with a fantastic team, save money and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Central Australia. Staff have access to onsite swimming pool and gym.

**Immediate Start**

**Package**:

- Casual Role
- $33.80 per hour-Flat Rate
- Accommodation & Meals Provided
- Own Room with own facilities

**Duties**:

- Day to day front and back office work
- Manning reception - check-ins / outs, posting to accounts, reservations etc
- Invoicing
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- General Administration work
- Group Reservations
- Handle general guest inquiries
- Assist across other departments such as retail if required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with RS Touch POS and accounting system or similar
- Experience with Little Hotelier Property Management System or similar PMS system
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to make a minimum 12 month commitment
