Resort Front Office Receptionist Part Time

Burleigh Beach Tower Resort is seeking a casual Front Office Receptionist for immediate start in Burleigh Heads QLD.

As our Front Office Receptionist, you are the face of the Resort and the first point of call for our guests, providing exceptional customer service is your main priority. You will be responsible for checking in and out guests, Taking Reservations by phone and email.

You will be responsible for:

  • The check-in and check-out of guests
  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Attending to guest requests
  • Providing local knowledge on services and attractions to guests
  • Managing guest accounts
  • Ensuring booking details are complete and always correct.
  • Following up on reservation details and entering details into the property management system
  • Liaising with travel agents to ensure booking details are correct.
  • Checking daily arrivals and confirming details to ensure a smooth and seamless stay for every guest.
  • Following up on methods of payment with guests
  • Administration tasks associated with the Front Office, including housekeeping schedules.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Deliver exceptional 4 – 5 Star customer service.
  • Have a friendly and outgoing disposition.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Have Experience in a Resort/Holiday Accommodation environment.
  • Have Experience using Resly or similar Property Management System
  • Be able to learn new information quickly.
  • Be extremely team orientated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive and be willing to help where needed.
  • Outstanding personal presentation

Part Time Role - $31 - $53 per hour

Hours will be 9am - 5pm Fridays and 9am - 12pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, so you must be available to work weekends.

Minimum 14 hours per week but must have the flexibility to work extra hours if required at busy times.
