About Us:
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee reception operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff and daily operations.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor front office employees.
- Implement efficient reservation and booking procedures.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Prior Company front office management experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Company reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Australia (required)
