Front Office Attendant – Accommodation Resort
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Attendant to join our team at our busy accommodation resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Resly property management system
- Assist guests with enquiries, bookings, and local information
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly
- Handle payments, reservations, and daily reports accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
- Experience with Resly PMS (essential)
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping requirements and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Monday - Friday only - No Weekends
