Front Office Attendant – Accommodation Resort

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Attendant to join our team at our busy accommodation resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using Resly property management system
  • Assist guests with enquiries, bookings, and local information
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly
  • Handle payments, reservations, and daily reports accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
  • Experience with Resly PMS (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping requirements and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Monday - Friday only - No Weekends
  • hours per week
