We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our national estimating team, responsible for quotation support across door hardware and automation projects. The nationalised team is newly established and with that comes the ability to influence and to play a hands-on role. You will help guide a high-performing team, some of which will be remote to you. You will ensure quote accuracy and compliance, whilst shaping a consistent process across the nation.
- Key responsibilities will include:

- Act as a working Team Leader, supporting the team to meet quoting targets
- Set clear team performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements for quoting efficiency
- Manage escalations and guide the team toward practical, customer-focused resolutions
- Foster strong engagement and cohesion across an estimating team - both local and remote
- To help drive outcomes, establish a regular cadence of reporting to support your interactions with State based Sales teams

**YOUR SKILLS**

You’re an experienced leader in estimating or sales support, ready to step into a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment. You're organised, technically capable, and passionate about developing people and processes.
- Prior experience leading or supervising an estimating or quoting team
- Strong technical understanding of construction quoting - ideally in door systems or automation
- Experience managing remote teams and driving engagement
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster collaboration across departments and ensure a high standard of delivery
- Experience managing change
