**About the role**:
To ensure efficient running of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, achieving expected levels of guest & team member satisfaction while delivering the desired revenue and profitability. This role is multi outlet based, however initially will be focused on our Lobby bar.

**Duties**:

- Control, monitor and report expenditure and labor hours and costs against expenses and wages budgets
- Ensure rosters are completed and payroll approvals are done in line with business levels and legislative requirements
- Manage the Food and Beverage outlets to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively and oversee stock levels
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and provide input into menu design
- Develop, recommend and implement an upsell program and ensure targets are achieved through diligent monitoring and relevant training
- Oversee the management and co-ordination of the Food & Beverage teams including resource planning, recruitment and performance management
- Set service standards for the delivery of appropriate training to team members enabling great experiences to guests
- Receive and review relevant health and safety information and reports to ensure all areas are compliant

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in successfully leading a team and maximizing performance
- Ability to understand outlet budgets
- Exposure to high volume Food & Beverage outlets
- RSA required (valid in Qld)
- Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) is desirable (valid in Qld)
