**Retail Manager-Central Australia**

We are seeking an experienced
**Retail Manager** to manage all aspects of the retail outlet in a busy roadhouse in the heart of Central Australia.

This is a hands on role ensuring the retail outlet is fully stocked & well presented.

The property offers onsite accommodation, caravan park, bar, bistro and busy retail outlet offering onsite grocery items, souvenirs, takeaway food & coffee.

Working with an energetic team under great management you will work together to ensure the smooth running of the property.

This is a great location to work with a fantastic team, save money and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Central Australia. Staff have access to onsite swimming pool and gym.

Minimum 12 Months Commitment

**Pay Details**:

- $34.98 per hour-EBA Agreement (May negotiate a salary)
- Free Accommodation & Meals
- Own air-conditioned accommodation

**Duties**:

- Day to day management of the roadhouse shop
- Stock control, stock ordering, stock takes
- Staff supervision & staff training
- Set up Shop displays in accordance with group promotions
- Hands on counter and shop work including barista duties
- Liaise with other management to ensure the smooth operation of the property
- Administration Duties
- Other duties as required
- Assist in other departments during off periods
- Must have previous retail management experience
- Previous experience with stock control and stock management
- Experience with supervision and training of staff
- Computer skills
- Must have a can do attitude
- Hold or be able to obtain a current RSA Certificate for the NT
- Minimum 12 Months Commitment

- If required work would be available for a partner in shop / housekeeping
