GANT is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and team-oriented Store Manager to lead our Harbour Town Premium Outlet store on the Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of one of our top-performing locations and work closely with our State Operations Manager to continue driving success.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a passionate team while delivering operational excellence, inspiring customer experiences, and strong sales results. You'll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to create a culture of accountability, support, and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to achieve and exceed KPIs and store budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused team environment.
  • Support, develop and mentor your team for peak performance.
  • Partner closely with the State Operations Manager to drive strategy and execution.
  • Uphold GANT's visual merchandising standards and brand identity.
  • Ensure store operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
