About the role:
PDC Services is seeking an experienced and professional Rostering Coordinator responsible for the efficient scheduling of support workers for clients. Working as a member of our Rostering Team, the successful applicant will ensure the timely and effective delivery of rostering services to our clients and will be required to liaise with our support workers, clients, and/or their case managers to ensure that our clients receive the support most suited to their needs.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and finalising fortnightly rosters with employees and clients
- Interviewing and hiring support workers
- Managing intake for new clients
- Liaise with care teams and accounts team to ensure uninterrupted client service.
- Approving staff timesheet and liaison with the payroll team
- Documentation and related office administration tasks
- Data Entry - Creating employee profiles, client profiles
- Managing employee's files
- Organising online training sessions for employees and clients

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.61 - $39.99 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brunswick, VIC 3056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
