**Salary ranges from $149,686 plus super (based on experience)**

**About You**:
You possess a deep understanding of systems and processes, driven by a passion for continuous improvement, particularly within the hydro power sector. With demonstrated expertise in holistic asset management, including SAP-related experience, you bring a strong foundation in managing assets. You either hold a Diploma in Business Management or have equivalent experience and competency. A Cert IV in Competitive Systems and Practices (LEAN) is highly desirable. Your track record includes managing financial performance against both annual and project budgets, ensuring accurate projections, and proactively addressing forecast variances. In addition, your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from production to finance and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and fostering teamwork. A ‘C’ class driver's license will be required as the role requires some travel around the state.

**About the role**:
As a key member of the Production Operations Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in standardising processes and systems across all production areas by leveraging SAP to its fullest. A key focus will be on developing and managing team resources to drive high performance and ensure alignment with Hydro Tasmania’s strategic goals, as well as those of Production Operations and the Statewide Maintenance team. You will oversee Regional Planning to manage resource demands effectively and handle Supply and Inventory to ensure parts are available as needed. In addition, you'll manage the Remote Monitoring Network and the Major Maintenance team to provide reliable data for tracking waterways and storage levels, as well as planning, scheduling, executing, and closing projects while maintaining precise asset information reporting. You will also be responsible for core business activities, meeting cost and performance targets, and managing financial performance in line with budget expectations.
