**About the role at Ofload**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to our Founder and Leadership Team. Reporting to our Founder and CEO, you will play a vital role in Ofload’s growth, maximising the impact of leaders across fundraising, partnerships, growth, and executive strategy and decision-making. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of one of Australia’s fastest-growing logistics businesses and have visibility and influence across all the key decisions made at the company.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
