The Chief of Staff is a connective force of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) – translating strategy into execution, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the business stays aligned on our top priorities. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and SLT to lead strategic initiatives, drive alignment across the business, and drive operational excellence.

This is a dynamic and high-impact role, ideal for a savvy operator who thrives in ambiguity, excels at creating structure from complexity, and is motivated by the challenge of shaping a fast-scaling company.

Job Requirements

• A solid background in management consulting, venture capital, strategy and operations, or experience as a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and/or Boards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure around ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across a range of audiences.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authority.
• Proven ability to produce clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations for diverse audiences.
• Strong financial acumen – confident managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and interpreting data.
• Detail-oriented while being able to see the bigger picture.
• Comfortable with, and can operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment.

Job Responsibilities
CEO & Leadership Team Enablement

• Maintain strong alignment across the SLT on goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Design and run SLT meetings, ensuring that discussions are focused, decisions are clear, documented, and actions are followed through.
• Act as a sounding board, and go-to problem solver for SLT members.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and analysis to support high-stakes meetings for SLT members.

Strategic Planning & Delivery

• Partner with the CEO to define, track and deliver on strategic priorities.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring they are well-coordinated and actionable.
• Prepare high-quality decks, reports, and briefings for a range of stakeholders, including investors, boards, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and company-wide initiatives that accelerate strategic priorities.

Operational Agility & Problem-Solving

• Support the SLT to optimise workflows, drive efficiencies, ensure effective decision-making, and resolve bottlenecks that slow execution.
• Drive timely, clear, and consistent company-wide communication.
• Take on urgent, high-priority projects directly from the CEO and SLT.
