**Role Overview**

A newly created Chief of Staff opportunity where you will be heavily involved with the operational performance of the division including assessing and reviewing finances and inputting into budget discussions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with highly talented individuals. You will have strong numerical and analytics skills. You will be a strong collaborator with other business managers and the teams across the wider group. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal and be able to deliver key messages succinctly and effectively. You will also interface well and have credibility with senior leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend regular (monthly) meetings with Finance to review status, discuss current events
- Semi-annual budget planning and approval meetings
- Be the first point of contact for all headcount/recruitment strategies
- Assist leadership in drafting and development of internal comms
- Schedule and prepare materials / presentations for leadership meetings including Town Halls, HoC visits, training etc.
- Coordinate functions including conference, grad training, town halls
- Act as the main point of contact for any ad-hoc request and/or projects

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in a Business Manager or Chief of Staff role
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands and achieve outcomes and objectives
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
