We’re hiring for an **IT Service Management Lead **, who’ll be based at our 40-hectare processing site in Cannon Hill.

**The Role**

Reporting to our Group IT Manager responsible for ensuring the ongoing efficiency of our business. The incumbent will lead a high performing IT Service Desk Team with a clear focus on customer service obsession, incident management, change management, problem management, continual service improvement, and process optimisation throughout the ACC group of businesses. Key responsibilities Include:

- Providing outstanding leadership, mentoring and development to 4 team members
- Conduct a complete service delivery review of the function
- Create a culture of service and high performance
- Develop and implement efficient work programs
- Teach and uphold contemporary technology principles
- Build internal relationships across our entire group via the delivery of education, advocacy and values

**The Person**
- Leadership experience displaying empathy and perspective
- Ability to lead a team across rotating rosters
- Completion of tertiary education in IT Systems, hardware or software development
- Previous experience working with IT service principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools and best practice methods
- Demonstrated skills in the installation, setup, troubleshooting and maintenance needs of PC, data management systems and communication hardware
