**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Health & Safety Lead**

The role will include:

- Develop, maintain, and improve a robust Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identify and deliver necessary training and education.
- Monitor legislation and implement changes for compliance.
- Ensure risk-based and practical SMS and services.
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of WH&S initiatives and projects.
- Proactively identify project dependencies, issues, and risks.
- Manage wind-down of projects and capture lessons learned.
- Monitor and escalate issues and risks to mitigate risk.
- Perform business analyst tasks for process analysis and requirements.
- Design and implement strategies to reduce risk and maintain standards in partnership with Safety & Wellbeing team.

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in WH&S field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of WH&S legislation, Codes of Practice, and standards.
- Knowledge of best practices, theories, and methodologies in WH&S.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining WH&S Management Systems.
- Proficiency in WH&S reporting, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Proven project management skills, including developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Strong group facilitation skills.
