
Academic Administration Officer

As an Academic Administration Officer, your key responsibilities include providing a range of administrative support activities to a business area supporting students through data records management and providing general administrative services including enrolments and graduations.
This position focuses on accuracy managing student records and documents, ensuring administrative systems deliver required information and support to educational and commercial activities, continuously improving these as required. The position also provides advice to support written and verbal complex enquiries from internal and external customers that is timely, accurate and meets policy expectations.

**Qualifications, skills and experience required for the role**
- Relevant Degree with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- Self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet targets.
- High level of computer competence with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills used in delivering quality customer service and obtaining information from different sources.
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
