Job Description

About Us:

We are a dedicated NDIS Provider seeking a skilled Administration & Services Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations.

We focus on delivering compassionate, person-centered care that empowers individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support across departments, maintain office supplies and equipment, manage calendars, appointments, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities include:

Administration & Office Coordination
  • Providing high-level administrative support across departments
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Managing calendars, appointments, and internal communications
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents, emails, and reports
  • Maintaining up-to-date digital and physical filing systems
Participant & Service Coordination
  • Supporting participant onboarding and intake processes
  • Ensuring NDIS compliance in care planning and documentation
  • Coordinating with support workers, families, and stakeholders
  • Conducting audits, managing WHS responsibilities, and ensuring service quality
Recruitment & Staff Support
  • Managing recruitment ads and organizing interviews
  • Conducting reference checks and facilitating onboarding
  • Monitoring training compliance and maintaining staff training records
  • Conducting regular staff inductions and performance tracking
