Exciting career opportunity for a motivated and experienced Paralegal to make the move to an in-house role with a global leader in the manufacturing industry.

**About the role...**
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the Asia Pacific region, you will work collaboratively with business leaders within the company to ensure the company's legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks across corporate and commercial activities are effectively maintained. As Legal & Compliance Officer some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- maintain company standard terms and conditions
- assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and requests for proposals
- create and update templates for contracts and other documents
- liaise with external lawyers
- take responsibility for data protection
- develop and maintain business risk register
- work with business leaders to identify risks and follow up on mitigating actions.

**About you**

To secure this exceptional career opportunity you will have 2- 4 years experience as a paralegal and
**solid understanding of commercial/industrial contracts.** You will also be able to demonstrate:

- excellent technical and MS Office skills
- strong analytical and negotiation skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- the ability to work autonomously and also collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
