The Sales Operation group seeks a Paralegal with experience in general corporate and commercial law to provide end-to-end management of customer contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft and review a wide array of transactional related legal documents, including commercial contracts, services agreements, NDAs with customers, suppliers and other business partners, flagging any issues for Counsel review
- Update and maintain the group’s legal matter and document management systems and platforms
- Support Counsel in the creation of presentation materials and reports
- Update template agreements as needed based upon evolving regulatory requirements, and under Counsel guidance
- Engage and manage external law firms as necessary to support complex commercial activity
- Provide overflow assistance to peers/team members within department when required

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 3-5 years’ experience in an active law firm or in-house legal department
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Strong corporate and commercial law experience, with proven experience in drafting and and commercial contracts
- Mature interpersonal skills, strong collaboration skills and a team focused attitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time pressure, and to operate with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work independently and in a team, requiring collaboration with all levels of personnel
- Familiarity working with Microsoft Office tools, and with legal matter and document management systems and platforms
