**What is the day-to-day like?**
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
- Collaborate with both marketing and sales leaders on campaign design and execution
- Create and evangelize a campaign framework
- Work with content team to develop campaign messaging and iterate where needed
- Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
- Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue

**What experience and skills do I need?**
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or 5 years of experience without a degree
- Experience in marketing campaigns
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
- Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
- Experience improving SEO metrics
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
