Newcastle, Australia Total Landscaping Full time

Total Landscaping is a Newcastle-based landscaping company with a committed team of trade-qualified landscapers and apprentices. As we continue to expand in both commercial and residential landscaping, we are seeking to hire new team members for landscape tradesman positions and/or a supervisor role.

3rd and 4th year landscape apprentice's will also be considered.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Interpret design plans and specifications accurately
- Site preparation and installation including but not limited to earthworks, concreting, paving, tiling, decking, brick/block laying, retaining walls, fencing, drainage & turf installation
- Mentoring apprentices and younger staff
- Lead and coordinate a team of landscape workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage project timelines
- Proactively identify and address any issues that may occur during the landscaping process.
- Following systems and processes
- Have experience in the construction industry
- Own tools
- Current driver's license
- Well presented

**Skills and experience**
- Certificate III in landscape construction
- Experience as a supervisor
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communication & teamwork skills
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current white card
- A Positive can-do attitude

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
