**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical food production team and our valued clients. Your technical expertise in food production or food technology will enable you to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and precision.
- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your knowledge of food production and technology to offer insightful solutions and advice that align with client requirements and industry standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with our production and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring mínimal disruption to client operations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on account performance, providing recommendations for improvements and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a customer account management role, with a background in food production or food technology. Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of food production processes, food technology, and related technical aspects.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to clients.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
