About the role

We are currently seeking motivated Production Workers and Production Cooks to join our food manufacturing business in Dudley Park. With plans for growth, we are looking for candidates who are team players and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role does not require any previous production experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare vats according to recipes (Production Cook only)
  • Accurately completing production records and documentation
  • Performing relevant quality checks
  • Batching and preparation of ingredients
  • Setting up production equipment and ensuring it is in good working order
  • Manual handling and lifting
  • Manually packing products into cartons
  • Assisting with warehouse duties
  • Adhering to food safety and GMP policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment through regular cleaning of the processing area and equipment

The ideal applicant will be

  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Able to lift up to 25kg.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Available to work day or afternoon shift (no rotating roster)
